Privacy Policy – Popline

Effective from 12 October 2026

This policy describes how the game Popline (package com.innovatek.popline) for Android and iOS, developed by Innovatek Software (Innovatek di Cafaro Carmelina – P.IVA IT06424410659), handles data. In short: Popline has no accounts and no server of its own. Your progress stays on your phone. The only third parties are Google (Play Games, AdMob ads, purchases) and Apple (Game Center, purchases), only for the features described here.

Data stored on your phone

The app keeps your game profile on the device: your character's look, islands and levels completed, best scores, shards collected, achievements, settings (language, volumes, vibration) and the ghosts of your games. Innovatek Software does not receive them and cannot recover them.

Leaderboards and achievements

If you sign in to Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS), your scores and unlocked achievements are sent to Google or Apple to show leaderboards and achievements, with your gaming profile's name and picture. This data is handled by Google or Apple under their own policies.

Advertising

The free version shows ads through Google AdMob: ads between islands and, only if you choose to, rewarded videos. AdMob may use the device's advertising ID and technical data (model, operating system, network, approximate location from the IP address). In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads, using Google's IAB TCF-compliant tool; you can change it at any time from the game settings. On iOS the app asks for permission (App Tracking Transparency) before any tracking. Google's policy: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Purchases

In-app purchases (ad removal, credits) are handled by Google Play or the App Store. Innovatek Software does not receive your payment details: it only receives confirmation that the purchase took place.

Challenges with friends

When you challenge a friend, the app creates a link containing your ghost (the game's inputs, your score, your character's look and the name you choose). The link leaves the app only when you share it, with the system share sheet, to whoever you choose.

Analytics and tracking

Popline uses no analytics tools of its own and sells no data. Apart from what is described for advertising, there is no tracking.

Children

The game is suitable for everyone but is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; ads are limited to content suitable for all ages.

Deletion

Uninstalling the app deletes everything it contains. Scores and achievements sent to Google Play Games or Game Center are managed from those services' settings.
